As I have scored 6503 under OC. I want to ask about % of chances in ECE,CSE in SSN?

Well unless you mention the name of the entrance examination you appeared for, I won't be able to help you properly regarding the cutoffs and your chances of getting ECE/CSE in SSN.

Considering that it is the TNEA rank you are talking about, I am sorry to say but you won't be able to get CSE/ECE in SSN (based on the cutoff trend over the years).
