As i paid for c-dac throught upi my transaction did not go through and payment status was unsuccessful even after the fee amount is deducted

this type of problem happens with many people , this is due to the website server error or the problem in websites.
i suggest you to mail the college /institution authority mentioning your problems.
you may get refund after the admission is over.
