This year onwards Indraprastha University has declared that IPU CET will not be conducted for B.Tech admissions and they will provide admission through JEE Mains marks. The procedure for admission though is not clear yet but a notice regarding the admission procedure will be declared on their official website soon.

From this year it is included in the jee mains counseling means you will get admission in this through jee mains ranking.

So you have to secure a good rank nearly under 40000 for admission ( may vary ).

So you have to attempt jee mains basically.
