As per JAC ib, will my obc ncl certificate is valid if it is issued on 1/5/2015.If not what document do i require then.

As per the official guidelines, OBC Certificate should be issued from Delhi will only be considered. Also the OBC certificate generally should be valid within the last financial year or earlier. So for JAC 2018 your OBC NCL certificate is not valid and you will have to make a new one.
