Yes, you can but only if you are eligible. You need to give once again the entrance exam like NATA, AAT, or Jee Mains paper 2. Then the things will begin from beginning that is from first year. You will loose whatever studied in Btech. You will loose your money and time.

So, decide once and then switch. All the best
