at approx what percentile i can get a good government college i have got 83 percentile in 2020jan jee
Hi Yogesh,
I would like to inform you that it will be difficult for you to qualify JEE Mains considering you belong to General Category considering previous year trend.
I would suggest you to give your best for the April attempt and score a decent percentile to get into any NIT or any IIIT.
You can predict different colleges for you by going through the following link:

Wishing you all the very best for your future exams.
Hi there,
You can calculate the rank using the this formula 100 - your total NTA score × 869010/100.
If the number of candidates are increasing in April session then 100 - your total NTA score × 1200000/100.
Your rank is 1,47,730.
Some of the colleges you have the chances are
- MIT, mumbai
- St.Xaviers mumbai
- Chandigarh University
- UIET, Punjab
- D.Y patil Institute of Technology
You can also predict the colleges using our college predictor
Hope this will help you.
Thank you
Dear aspirant, the previous year cut off category wise for clearing JEE MAIN was 89 for gen. cat.;74 for OBC, 54 for SC & 44 for ST category. So seeing this there are less chances for you to get any colleges. But I'm giving you an idea that 97 percentile fetched AIR's 30k last year which can confirm your seat in some gov. College. So I'll suggest you to pull up your efforts for April attempt and score good percentile.
Thank you hope this helps you!
