Yes, your best percentile out of all the 4 jee main sessions is considered.

For example,

If qualifying cut off for general category is 90 percentile. And a general Candidate got 85, 83 , 93 and 89 percentile in the 4 sessions respectively.

Then his best percentile i. e 93 percentile will be considered for giving him rank, josaa counselling i. e admission process and also to check eligibility for jee advanced.
