At how much did the mns first counselling list stopped ? I have got 102 marks , an I eligible to get admission for 2019 ?

As per your requirement, i would say that the colllege counseling most probably stops for marks according tk different reservation category which is not fixed every year.

As you habe got only 102 marks, you will not be able to get any seat in the colllege as your marks are really low enough for any government medical seat.

Getting a seat in government medical college is depending on many factors like studenrs to seat ratio, cut off, reservation, ranking of college, etc

Cut off varies evert year as per your reservation category and no. Of students applying for the same.

Or else, you can get admission with low cut off through management quota also.
