At SC rank of 400, can i get civil engineering at MMM Gorakhpur?

Hello student,
As you have mentioned that you have secured 400 rank in MMM Gorakhpur entrance exam. You have high chances of getting admission in the civil branch. As per last year cutoff you can get a seat in civil branch as your secured rank is under the cutoff rank.
