at the time of registration the site shows that security pin does not match many times. plz help

Not matching of security pin was found to be concerning issue by many of the students who wanted to register for 2nd round of Online All India Quota or Deemed/Central Universities UG Counseling-2019 due to which the officials issued a notice dated on 13.07.2019 stating that MCC of DGHS has received many mails by students regarding not able to reset their registration because of which the schedule has been extended for 2nd round of counselling. Below, I am mentioning the extended process with date and time.
The new registration facility for Round-2 -> upto 12:00 PM of 13th July, 2019.
The payment Facility -> 03:00 PM of 14th July,2019
Choice Filling -> 12:00 PM of 14th July,2019
Choice Locking Facility -> Will be available from 05:00 PM of 14th July, 2019 till 12:00 PM of 14th July, 2019.
