At what minimum acceleration should a monkey slide a rope whose breaking strength is 2÷3rd of its weight
Hello!!!!
Hope you are doing great!!!!
Given that
breaking strength is 2/3rd of its weight
let weight be m
Let a be the acceleration of the monkey slide
The apparent weight =mg - ma
=2mg/3
=ma = mg(1-2/3)
=mg/3
= a= g/3
m is the constant.....
The minimum acceleration should a monkey slide a rope whose breaking strength is 2/3rd of its weight will be g/3
Hope it helps!!!!
Thank you!!!!
