You need 60 Percent in boards to apply and appear for the entrance test.Admissions are on  the basis of entrance test and your class 12th boards marks.According to the composite score you attain which is a mixture of your class 12th percentage and the aggregate percentile you score in the entrance test- DUJAT. The aggregates have increased drastically over the years and for admissions to the top colleges you need around 75-80+ like Shaheed Sukhdev College, CVS etc. The composite score is 35 percent of your boards marks and 65 percent of what you get in your entrance test.

You'll require a composite score of 80+ to get admissions in shaheed sukhdev College. But it also depends on the percentage trends and can go as high as 85+
