At what percentile required to get the top iims calls or new ,babyiims calls my profile is 70,69, 70 (10,12, graduation) sc category male non engineer fresher ?

Hope you are doing well
Based on your academics I think it would be better if you get a good cat percentile
In general the top iims cutoff is around 98 percentile and for baby iims it is around 95 percentile.
For the reserved category candidates ,the percentile around 80-85 would be enough to get into baby iims.
