At which phase of ias training the cadres and post like dm, sdm, dc etc. are allocated to the officers trainee?

After foundation 1 the allocation of cadres and ranks take place and a year of training in the respective cadre is conducted. Posts like dm, sdm, dc etc are allocated after the completion of the officer's trainees' foundation one course.
Candidates who gets selected in Civil services exam first have to complete foundation course which is held in LBSNAA (mussoorie) after that foundation course candidates as per their job preference have to attend next part of training.
As For
IAS training held in LBSNAA only
IPS training held in NPA ( Hyderabad ) and similarly for other too.
