EAPCET counselling generally happens in phases, and the 3rd round (final round) seat allotment usually comes in the last week of August or first week of September. There's no fixed hour for release, but most years, the results are uploaded to the official site between 6 PM and 9 PM. Keep an eye on the official notices and be ready with documents for reporting if you get allotted.
