Hello,

According to the information available in the AP EAMCET counselling website candidates cam pay the processing fee from October 22, 2020. The link is here

https://apeamcet.nic.in/payFeeOnline.aspx

In the detailed notification it was given that processing fee can be paid from October 23, 2020 but now candidates who have paid the fee on or after October 22, 2020 will be considered for Certificate Verfication at HLCs. So you can pay today or tomorrow before 9 am.
