National Testing Agency has not yet declared the results of Jee Main Paper 2 ie B.Arch results have not been declared as yet and that is why they aren't displayed and you are unable to check them. However, the paper 1 results for B.Tech have been declared yesterday by the NTA. JEE Paper 2 for B.Arch and B.Plan results will be declared by National Testing Agency NTA on January 31. The candidates will be able to check and download their score card or result of JEE Main Paper 2 after logging into their account on the official website. But you won't be able to see your all India rank as the All India Rank of the candidates will be released only after the April session result is announced. So, wait till 31 January till the results for Paper 2 are announced by NTA.
