Dear Ahmad, if you want to start your own Pharmaceutical Store, i.e a Stand Alone Pharmacy without any tie up with a hospital or another chain of pharmacies, your B.Pharmacy degree will come handy. The Central Drugs Standard Control Organisartion is responsible for issuing licenses for the Pharmacy. Few guidelines need to be followed for opening a Pharmacy.
You will need a set of documents for the same:
- A minimum area of 10sq.feet
- The store must have Refridgerator and AC in the premises
- Adequate Technical Staff
You will need a set of documents for the same:
- Application form in the prescribed format
- Cover letter
- Challan of the fees deposites for drug license
- Declaration form
- Key plan for the premises
- Site plan for the premises
- Basis of posession of the premises
- Proof of ownership of the premises
- Proof of constitution of the premises
- Affidavit of non conviction of proprietor
- Affidavit of Registered Pharmacist working full time
- Appointment letter of the Pharmacist
