Yes, you have to appear for both JEE MAINS and JEE ADVANCED Exam to get admission in B.Planning course in the best colleges.
To get admission into a B.Planning course, you need to appear to the "JEE Main Paper 2B" entrance exam for B.Planning course, which is a part of the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main exam, and is considered the qualifying exam to appear for the JEE Advanced exam if you want to pursue B.Planning in a prestigious IIT institution. All the colleges does not require the JEE Advanced marks to get B.Planning admission.
