Hi Soumik,
For getting addmission in Presidency University you have to give entrance exam conducted by Presidency itself. This university conducts two entrance exams that is PUBDET and PUMDET that offers admission to student in various UG and PG courses. As you want to do B.Sc then you have to give PUBDET entrance exam.
