Eligibility of Block Develeopment Officer is passed graduation in any discipline from a recognized university, so you're definitely eligible for BDO, usually state public service commission conducts exam for recruitment of this post and its exam pattern is quite similar to that of UPSC civil service exam involving three stages namely Preliminary, Mains and Interview.
