As the board exams are going on you can expect the forms to be available after declaration of results, most colleges nowadays either conduct their own entrance exams for admission or release the merit list according to your 10+2 aggregate. Moreover many colleges accept the score the card of jee mains or other government entrance exams for their admissions so you might have to wait for that.
