So mostly how many subjects will be there totally depends upon the college/ university. As because maybe in some aspects few colleges do not opt for few particular subjects whereas some do.

But as you asked as for what will subjects would be there with English as a special subject, Roughly these are the subjects:

• Communicative English
• Language Paper I
• History of English Literature: The Pre-Chaucerian to the Augustan
• English Poetry: The Elizabethan to the Augustan
• English Prose: The Elizabethan to the Victorian
• Introduction to Computing
• Cultural Education I

And normally in B.A. few of the below mentioned subjects are also considered:

4. Geography
5. Math
6. Political Science
7. Psychology

10. Sanskrit
