Hello,

Yes you can do diploma in the said course. Diploma in Bakery and Confectionery is a 1-year diploma level program in confectionary and Pattiesere study you can do this after completing 10+2 examination or an equivalent examination in any relevant discipline. Course curiculum includes internship, theoretical and practical study .

You can also do an UG Programme. Popular UG level courses in Bakery and Confectionery include BSc in Culinary Arts with specialisation in Bakery & Pastry Art Management, BVoc in Bakery and Cookery etc. which would be for a duration of 3 years.
