It will differ from college to college and state to state. But generally speaking, during the time of counselling, a student is asked to deposit some amount to confirm the acceptance of seat for a Institute. If you go to that Institute and dont withdraw your seat, then out of the total fees that you had to pay, that seat acceptance amount will be deducted and the remaining balance you have to pay to the Institute via demand draft, bank transfers as per the wish of the Institute
