Bc-D are eligible for apply of EWS

see general candidates who does not have any other reservation of category benefits and who comes under the following criteria are eligible for apply for ews certificate:
Candidate's annual family income must be less than Rs. 8 lakhs per annum.
His / her family must not own more than 5 acres of agriculture land.
The residential flat area should be below 1000 sq ft.
The residential plot's area should be below 100 square yards if it is situated in a notified municipality sector.
The residential plot's area should be below 200 square yards if it is situated in a non notified municipality sector.
however since you have already belongs to bc d category, it is advisable not to apply for ews.

You are not eligible to apply for EWS as your category does not come under EWS category quota until and unless you are not from general category. And to be eligible for EWS, you should not belong from any reserved category. Till you have a valid OBC certificate, you can get 27% seat reservation from OBC quota easily. So as per the researched information, you will only be eligible if you can be able to provide a valid OBC certificate.
