In case you are not upgraded or offered a seat in Round -2, you will keep the seat offered in Round 1.

So, your seat in Round I is confirmed. If you only get a higher priority seat, only then the seat offered in Round I will get cancelled.

If you have opted for up-gradation and if you offered a higher priority seat in Round -2, the seat offered in Round -1 will automatically get cancelled.

So no, you won't be able to go back to the seat alloted in Round - I after up-gradation.
