CA is a professional course and there is no College that teaches you CA. But there are Institutions that coach you for CA Foundation, Intermediate and Finals. You have to register independently with ICAI and appear for the examinations at each phase. So there is no such College that offers B.Com (//B.Com) with CA. There are Institutions that help you prepare for CA and the preparation will be good enough for writing B.Com (//B.Com) exams. So you can either join a regular college and study B.Com (//B.Com) or you can join any CA Coaching Center and then appear for B.Com (//B.Com) exams as a Private Student.
