You can get ICT Munbai on basis of OMSQuota which has 30%seat reservations with Jeemain Scores.
If you are an NRI only then you can apply for this quota in MHTCET provided you clear all verification of documents while counselling .
At ICT Mumbai there is no NRI quota so you can only apply through OMS quota.
