Hello viren,
While filling out the JAC Delhi Counsiling form, you are required to enter only JEE MAIN All India (CRL) Rank, not your SC category rank .
The SC category rank is only used during the seat allotment process for applying reservation benefits . However ,while filling the form ,only the CRL rank are valid for all candidates
So, you should enter your JEE MAIN CRL rank .
