Being an sc candidate what marks is needed for aiims?

One cannot determine exact cutoff before exam as it varies each year with difficulty level, total number of candidates etc. But, according to the general trends, a score of around 130 is safe for SC candidates to get a seat. But for AIIMS Delhi, I would advise you to aim for around 140.
