Hello Aryan,
First of all, HBTU is one of the better college in UP. So if you're not getting any IITs, NITs and IIITs then you should definitely look for HBTU. Now to answer your question, in terms of placement, CSE in HBTU is a great option. The Chemical Engineering branch is also very good at HBTU placement wise.
