Dear Pratyush , following are the best government colleges for doing psychology in Delhi:-

1. University of Delhi(DU)

2. Jesus and Mary college

3. Gargi college

4. Jamia Milia Islamia university

All these colleges are co-ed.

BA in psychology is basically study of mental functioning and human behavior.

And following are the fields in which you may go after completing the course

Memory, Learning, Environment & Behaviour, Practicals including Observation & Suggestion, Habit Interference and so on.
