best college that i can get in rank 5252 in computer science branch

What rank is this? Whether jee or viteeeor srm or someother?

1)If we talk about NIT's then according to last year the opening rank of NIT Warangal was 4204 and NIT Agartala was 6336,I have no idea about this years opening ranks that entirely depends on this years performance,difficulty level etc but you may get CSE easily here with your rank.

2)Or you may go for BIT Mera with rank 5252,because according to last years ranks...
Because According to 2k16 's Ranking,

HOME STATE CATEGORY:
Opening Rank-4529
Closing Rank-10371

STATE CATEGORY:
Opening Rank-907
Closing Rank-6206

Which will vary this year...but in both the conditions  if you wait 6-7 rounds...you may end up into its CSE Branch.All depends whether you are in state quota or Not.

3)Talking About IIIT's-IIIT Hyderabad and IIIT Allahabad are best known for their CSE.
But,it depends on the marks you have score in JEE

FOR IIIT HYDERABAD:
According to 2018 cutoff for CSE was:256 marks
In 2017,The opening Marks was 335 and closing mark was 268.

FOR IIIT ALLAHBAD
last year opening marks was-268,Also for getting CSE here you need 279+ marks

I'm assuming that your rank in JEE Mains is 5252. If it is, Congratulations!
Based on previous years' closing ranks, you can apply (and hopefully get a seat) at institutes like IIT Jammu, IIT Bhilai, and many NITs. (NIT AP, NIT Durgapur, NIT Hamirpur, etc. If you have any private institutions in mind, please let me know in a comment below!
