India: These are some of the best institutes for supply chain management course in the country: NITIE Mumbai, IIM Calcutta, IIM Lucknow, IIM Bangalore, SPJIMR, SJMSOM IIT Bombay, VGSoM Kharagpur, DMS IIT Delhi. Apart these in all other top B Schools their are excellent opportunities for operations Management as well.

As far as India is concerned, best Institute for Post Graduate Management degree in Operations would be National Institute of Industrial Engineering (NITIE) Mumbai
No other Institute comes even close to NITIE in this aspect
If you had to look at another Institutes then the IITs would be a good choice
Even here, SJMSOM (IIT-Bombay) is much better than all the other Institutes in this aspect
MBA in Supply chain management as a separate degree is not given by any of the top Institutes. It is usually under Operations Specialization in MBA or PGDM
