Bsc Biomedical science is a 3 year course, and the four subjects required at 12 level to be eligible to apply for any Bsc Biomedical course is Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English (core)

Dear Simran, I think you want to ask about B.Sc Biomedical Sciences. Here's the eligibility criteria for this course -

• The candidate should complete their 10+2 or its  equivalent exam in Science stream with Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
  
• The marks of admission and interview criteria for this course  may vary from college to college.
  

That means with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as your main subjects you can opt for this course. Your 4th subject could be of your choice if not mentioned in the brochure.
