IITs and NITs are considered to be the best choice to pursue M.Tech program and for that you will have to clear Gate exam with required score as the cut off varies IIT to IIT. Also, if you talk about the syllabus then Artificial Intelligence would be there in all IITs M.Tech syllabus content which you can check by going through the individual website syllabus section.
