Both CSE and aeronautical engineering is best in its own way. CSE branch is much more demanding these days because of IT companies but the necessity of aeronautical engineering is also not less. First way to choose between the two is that in which branch you are interested in. You can search about the contents in CSE and in aeronautics. Both are very different branches. In CSE you have to do coding while in aeronautics is more about practical designing of air crafts and space crafts.
