best thing to do after 12 and greeting 80 % in it from science

What diploma or degree you pursue after 12th depends on your interest. There are a lot of options such as medical sciences which are listed below:

• Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS)
• Bachelor of Dental Surgery
• Bachelor of Pharmacy
• Bachelor of Medical Lab Technology
• Veterinary Science & Animal Husbandry (BVSc. AH)
• Physiotherapy (BPT) or Occupational Therapy (BOT)
• B.Tech/BE in Biotechnology
• B.Sc. in Agriculture and Environment Science
• B.Sc. Home Science/Forensic Science

Or you could go for Engineering Courses and there are some courses such as B. Com (//B.Com) in Accounting and Commerce or BA LLB that you can pursue.
