Admission to ITI colleges in Bhagalpur, Bihar is conducted through ITICAT (Industrial Training Institute Competitive Admission Test), which is organized by the Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB). Following the completion of the entrance examination, eligible candidates are invited to participate in the counselling and seat allotment process.

The ITICAT 2026 examination was conducted on May 17, 2026. The counselling and seat allotment process is expected to commence in June 2026.
