I want to become a food quality control analyst...do i require a bsc in food technology?...also does class 12 % matter?

Firstly,Yes, PCB Students are eligible for Food Safety and Quality Assurance.

Following is the Eligibility Criteria for B.Sc Food Safety and Quality Assurance in Sardarkrushinagar Dantiwada Agricultural University, Sardarkrushinagar-

The candidate should have passed the Higher Secondary School Certificate Examination or its equivalent examination in Science stream with Physics, Chemistry, Biology (PCB) or Physics, Chemistry, Biology and mathematics (PCMB) with English as compulsory subjects from recognized University/Board or examination recognized as equivalent.

Secondly, every college has different eligibility criteria. So, If you can specify in which college you want to pursue this course accordingly I will provide you the needed info.
