Various constituent colleges of University of Delhi offer Bachelor of journalism and mass Communication. Here's the list:

Lady Shri Ram College for Women
Kalindi College
Maharaja Agrasen College
Delhi College of Arts and Commerce

You can apply for the last two colleges as the other two are only for women.
