Dear Roopak,

MBA is good to pursue considering long term benefits. MBA is two years management course offering specialisation in HUMAN RESOURCE, FINANCE, MARKETING, OPERATIONS etc. MBA from a reputed institute will give you many opportunities.

I will suggest you to go for MBA if it's feasible for you.
