Hey.
Yes, 12th boards marks are considered while seeking admission in any of the IITs. You should have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with an aggregate of at least 75% marks. If you belong to SC/ ST and PwD category, you need the aggregate of minimum 65% marks. You should be within the category wise top 20 percentile of successful candidates in your respective 12th standard (or equivalent) board examination.
