Bryophyllum is known very popularly to reproduce through its leaves. It is called asexual reproduction through leaf propagation. Even when a small part of leaf gets reptured or detached, when it comes in contact with soil, it will start generating roots and thus, a new plant of bryophyllum will be formed.
