Hey!
The eligibility criteria for bsc compter science is that Candidates must have passed 10+2 from CBSE or any equivalent examination with a minimum passing percentage and Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics as compulsory subjects. So if you have done bsc biology , it doesn't affect your chances for b. Sc computer science , you can still pursue bsc computer science if you satisfy the eligibility criteria.
