I would like to tell you that Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology and Bachelor of Science in Data Science are two very prestigious courses and both of them have wider scope and great career opportunities ahead.

Data Science has now gained a lot of interest of people and is considered in one of the highest paying jobs after completing this course.

Rest, it depends upon your interest as both the courses are good. So choose wisely.
