The infrasture of the abroad medical university is far better than that of medical colleges in India. It includes the equipment, laboratory and enough space for experiment and research. Also, the fee of medical courses (MBBS) is much less in the countries you mentioned : Georgia, Armenia, etc. And you must note that the degree received from abroad medical universities are approved by the Medical Council of India, means if you complete MBBS/MD from abroad countries (Armeia, georgia etc) then it is valid in INDIA also. But you need to qualify the screening test for that.
About biomedical science, it is swiftly growing sector in India which do not have much scope now, but it will be in the most popular one courses in the upcoming years. So if you have interest in it, then you must opt it.
