Haven't u applied for any of the Counsealing ?
Almost all Counsealing are over.

The state govt colleges take admission on the basis of JEE main marks/rank. U can get govt colleges by doing counseling of mp/rajasthan/Uttrakhand/Punjab/Haryana/Chhattisgarh /WB etc separately.
These states release their Counsealing form.
