After clearing the cut off you can seat for counselling process and in this process you will get college as per your rank.

There are separate cut offs..
Private colleges have there own criteria but for government colleges you have to fill application form of counselings like JOSAA and JAC.

Every college has a separate cut off so it totally depends on the college.
